PERSONAL TRAINING.
Personal-training referrals through independent trainers — one-to-one help inside a gym you already know.

What it is
The details.
Boulevard Fitness offers personal-training referrals through independent trainers. That means the gym connects you with a trainer rather than selling you a one-size-fits-all package at the front desk.
If you want help with a first program, a form check or a plan you can run on your own, ask for a referral on your tour. The gym can point you in the right direction; confirm the arrangement with the trainer.
Who it's for
Is this your corner?
- People who want one-to-one instruction before training solo.
- Lifters who want a form check or a structured plan.
- Anyone returning to training after time away.
What a session looks like
How it goes.
- 01
Ask for a referral
Tell the front desk what you want help with — strength, form, a first program or accountability. They can refer you to an independent trainer.
- 02
Meet on the floor
Sessions happen inside the gym, using the weight room, the Cake Factory or the conditioning areas depending on your plan.
- 03
Take the plan solo
The goal is a program you can keep running between sessions. Ask your trainer how to progress and when to check back in.
