Service 07 · Cardio & conditioning
THE CROSSFIT AREA.
A conditioning area with room for rig work, rowers and mixed-modal training.

What it is
The details.
The CrossFit area is set up for mixed-modal work: a training rig, rowers, turf and floor space to move between movements. The photo on this page shows the conditioning floor and the equipment that defines it.
Use it during open gym for your own conditioning session, or ask about coached options. Classes at Boulevard Fitness are run by independent trainers, and fees may apply.
Who it's for
Is this your corner?
- People who want a conditioning area separate from the weight room.
- Lifters adding rowing, intervals or mixed-modal work.
- Anyone who likes a varied session rather than a single machine.
What a session looks like
How it goes.
- 01
Set up your station
Find a clear patch of turf, a rower and the rig space you need before the clock starts. The area is designed for mixed-modal work.
- 02
Build a simple circuit
Alternate a strength movement, a row or cardio effort and a carry or bodyweight movement. Keep the session repeatable rather than maximal every time.
- 03
Cool down and reset
Put the rower handle back, return the dumbbells and wipe down what you used. Leave the floor ready for the next session.
